Welcome to the Cortijo  Las Margaritas on the Costa Tropical

The villa is situated outside Motril in the Costa Tropical of Granada, the only place of Europe with a subtropical microclimate. Motril has 320 sunny days a year.

From the Cortijo you will be able to go to the beach in less than 10 minutes and to Motril in 5. Even though it is so close to the city of Motril, the Cortijo is located in a quiet area without car traffic, perfect for resting and relaxing during your holidays.

This quiet area will let you walk around the area surrounded with other fincas, or take the car to visit Granada, Almuñecar, Salobreña or the Alpujarras, all at less than one hour from the finca.

The house has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms, a complete kitchen including everything you will need while you stay in the house, sofa and armchairs for watching TV, play games or simply rest in the living room next to the fireplace.
