Rental Conditions

The rental conditions are the following:

The minimum stay is one week (seven days)
Arrival to the house will be between 1600hrs to 2200hrs. It is required to leave the house by 12:00. Other times are possible only depending on the occupancy.
You must declare how many people will stay in the house, including adult and children at the time of reservation.
Animals are allowed, but it must be notified before making the reservation.
By paying the fees you are accepting these conditions.

Prices

The official prices wil be the ones published on this web page.
The price per day includes: the consumption of tap water, linen and cleaning before the arrival.
An extra 300 euros will be requested as a deposit that will be refunded when leaving.

Booking the finca

To book the house a transfer of 30% of the total amount is required. The rest of the payment will be made when arriving the house and picking up the keys.

The bank account and the rest of the information will be sent by email when requesting information about the finca.
